Gear is collected and returned from the studio and can be picked up at any time during the hire period.
Once your hire is confirmed, you’ll receive simple access and return instructions by email.
Payment is via bank transfer and is required before or at the start of the hire.

1. Booking & Payment
All gear hire requests must be submitted via the website form.
Hire is confirmed once availability is agreed and payment has been made.Payment is via bank transfer and must be completed before or at the start of the hire period.
2. Collection & Return
Gear is collected from and returned to the studio.
Collection and return can take place at any time during the agreed hire period.All gear must be returned on time and in the same condition it was collected.
3. Responsibility & Care
Once collected, the hirer is fully responsible for the equipment until it is returned.
Please:
Handle all equipment with care
Keep gear dry, secure, and protected
Do not open, modify, or repair equipment
4. Loss, Damage & Repairs
If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during the hire period, the hirer is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
This includes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear is expected — obvious neglect isn’t.
5. Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional charges or affect future hires.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made as early as possible.
Short-notice cancellations may not be refundable, depending on circumstances.
7. Use of Equipment
Hired equipment is for the hirer’s use only and must not be sub-hired, lent out, or passed on to third parties.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and collecting equipment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
